Global Employment in Public Transport
This survey aims to collect comprehensive data on the employment landscape within the Urban Public Transport (UPT) sector, focusing on direct and indirect jobs across various public transport modes. The collected information will be used to identify future needs, analyse gaps, and understand the impact of digitalisation and other factors on employment. The survey targets both UPT operators and authorities.
This survey will compile employment data from 2018 and 2023, and forecast data for 2028.
The questionnaire is divided into the following sections:
- Section 1: General information
- Section 2: Employment data for 2018
- Section 3: Employment data for 2023
- Section 4: Employment data for 2028
- Section 5: Training and development
- Section 6 : Future trends and needs
