Study on Customer Service Excellence

UITP Asia-Pacific Centre for Transport Excellence (AP CTE) conducted 20 interviews with executives of public transport operators and authorities from around the world in 2017. Executives were invited to share their views on what their organisations were doing to cultivate excellence in customer experience.
