亚太城市轨道平台和亚太公共交通主管机构平台的联席会议亮点回顾

一年两度的亚太城市轨道平台（APURP）和亚太公共交通主管机构平台（APOAP）在线会议已于2021年9月举行。这次是特别为两个平台的公共交通主管机构和城市轨道运营商组织一次联席会议，并以「公共交通数字化」主题开展知识共享。

在联席会议上，成员们讨论了公共交通管理部门和运营商如何通过战略领导管理来应对新冠肺炎疫情并走向未来，还有公共交通主管机构和城市轨道运营商需要合作的项目，改善未来公共交通数字化的乘客体验。

APURP会议重点是提供亚太城市轨道专业人士之間的更多联系机会，培养行业的下一代领导者，并将对行业充满热情的年轻专业人士聚首一堂。

APURP成员们介绍各自对人才管理的想法，并分享了他们组织的人才识别、开发和基于专业知识的部署方法。

APOAP会议主要讨论公共交通中采用颠覆性技术的必要性，更有效地应对快速变化和多样化的城市交通需求。成员们强调，宜居城市可以通过环保和可持续的公共交通系统实现更具弹性的未来。新的出行服务和公共交通系统数字化改造的兴起将使出行更加高效和可靠。
