UITP Asia-Pacific is jointly organising a webinar with UITP India on “Hydrogen Zero Emission Buses (ZEBs) – Experience and Way Ahead” on 31 January. This webinar will bring together expert speakers to share their knowledge and discuss the development of hydrogen fuel cell buses in public transport and understand an informed overview on future scenarios.
The aim of the webinar is to discuss the current state of fuel cell buses, discussing opportunities and challenges of fuel cell bus deployment and providing an independent outlook for the future of fuel cell public transport with different regions case studies.
The webinar will allow us to delve deeper into the following key areas:
- EUROPEAN FC BUS PROJECTS: JIVE/JIVE2/MEHRLIN: Context, Challenges and Solutions
- Technology Focus: Fuel Cell Hydrogen Buses
- Experience on Hydrogen Buses – China Story
- Hydrogen Fuel Cell – Providing Power for the Future of Public Transport
- New Zealand’s First Hydrogen-Powered Buses- Auckland Transport Story
Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) from English to Chinese will be provided during this webinar.

Registration to the webinar is free but registration is required in advance.
The webinar is only for UITP members. However, seats may be provided to non-members on a discretionary basis. If we shall confirm your attendance, a few days before the event, you will receive an email with a link to connect to the webinar.
