In the frame of the European Year of Rail, UITP and the European Passengers’ Federation (EPF) are organising a digital workshop on ‘Rail passenger rights for all: EU legislation and beyond’ on 19 May from 9.30 to 12.00 (CET – Brussels time).
Regional and local rail operators and authorities are very engaged in offering attractive services to their passengers and in ensuring the appropriate protection of passengers’ rights. At the webinar, UITP & EPF will present what will change according to the revised EU regulation on rail passenger rights. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear about good practices examples from UITP and EPF members’ strategies to make their services more attractive to passengers, notably in areas where such services are not covered by the EU Regulation on rail passenger rights.
The workshop is free of charge.
