UITP and ETF are organising the final conference of the project ‘Digital transformation and social dialogue in urban public transport in Europe’ on 15 October from 9.00-13.30 in digital format.

The objective of the project is to anticipate, prepare and manage changes in the sector and in the workplace in order to shape the digital transformation. To reach this objective, UITP and ETF are collecting information on technological developments in operations, maintenance, HR management and customer services in the sector. They are analysing the impacts on employment, working conditions, tasks and skills requirements and social dialogue. The results of the research will be presented and discussed during this Conference.

This event will benefit from a simultaneous interpretation into following languages: English, French, German, Hungarian, Spanish + 1 additional language.
